Support To The Implementation Of The National Solid Waste Management Strategy 

Main Project Features:

The Ministry of Local Administration has received funding from AFD for the implementation of a national strategy for solid waste management. 

Activities Performed:

Jade Advisory provided PPP expertise to the client in preparing and conducting the procurement of the project until the project award. The activities performed are: 

• Support in preparing the Bidding Documents 

• Support during the advertising stage of the Invitation for Bids (IFB) 

• Support during the Bids evaluation stage 

• Support during the negotiation stage for the signing of the DBO contract.
