Main Project Features:
The project consists of building a highway connecting Khaldeh to Nahr Ibrahim. It is made up of the east bypass of Beirut (Le Périphérique de Beyrouth) from Khaldeh to Dbayeh and its extension (A2) to Okaibeh which will serve as an alternative route to the coastal highway A1.
Activities Performed:
Jade leads a team providing legal, financial and technical know-how as well as capacity to assist the Lebanese government during the preparation, tendering process and financial close of the PPP project.
