Main Project Features:
The mission aims to develop a list of projects ready to be managed as PPP projects, to increase the efficiency of the PPP unit to achieve faster, better and more bankable deals, as well as to test two PPP projects to create success stories and accelerate the implementation of the PPP pipeline.
Activities Performed:
Jade leads the team providing strategic advice, reviewing financial, technical and legal results and interfacing with the client.
