As part of the new national orientations, ONAS has decided to move towards the conclusion of concession contracts. Thus, two concession contracts are currently subject to a call for tenders procedure (the tenders are being evaluated), concerning 15 Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs), including that of Choutrana 2 in Tunis and 14 WWTPs in the South region. The World Bank will finance the work to be carried out under these two contracts, the procurement procedure for the two concession contracts is underway.
Activities Performed:
Jade Advisory's mission is to verify the probity of the negotiation meetings to be held for Lot 2 and to ensure that they are fair, balanced, transparent, conducted with integrity, so that no party is treated unfairly and that this negotiation complies with the fundamental principles of World Bank Purchasing. It will also ensure that trading risks are identified, that mitigating measures are taken in a timely and effective manner, and that the principles and practices of probity are applied.
